Cancellations & Refunds: Please note we do not offer refunds for cancellations of training courses. However, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (minus administrative fees). For exceptional circumstances such as bereavement, credits may be issued at our discretion. For training courses, deposits are required to secure your spot and must be paid in full two weeks prior to the course date. If a course is canceled, full payment is required, and rescheduling is subject to availability.
